Petra has more than 25 years’ experience in PR and marketing in the AV industry and loves bringing customer testimonials to life. Through bespoke marketing, PR and events activities she makes sure Crestron get the best possible presence in the EMEA AV market.

Based in our Belgian office Karen, is responsible for managing TIG’s finances and HR as well as office management. With nearly three decades of experience in financial and HR management Karen has a wealth of prized expertise and knowledge.

Steven is responsible for directing the residential sales strategy throughout EMEA, ensuring sales and customer service standards are always of the highest level, and that we never fail to meet our existing and future clients’ needs.

For many years, Christophe has been a key contributor to the solid growth of Crestron in the hospitality, residential and leisure markets across EMEA. His industry knowledge is second to none, offering customers and homeowners the reassurance, support and expertise they deserve.

Mark oversees the sales activities for Crestron in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, which is a major region for TIG. His outstanding leadership skills and results-driven approach are what energises the team in growing this region even further.
