    Job Description

    Technological Innovations Group (TIG) is currently looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

    Crestron is the leading provider of control and automation systems for offices, schools, hospitals, hotels and more. The success of Crestron is based on a total commitment to delivering the highest quality product. Crestron provides the ultimate integrated solution.

    We are looking for a BDM who can work as an independent consultant for TIG.

    Full territory for this BDM role is Poland, Hungary & Czech.


    As a business development manager, you will be a part of the East European sales team.

    The sales department is responsible for the sales and sales support activities of the Crestron products and Crestron total solutions.

    You will be responsible to build and maintain good contacts with existing customers and finding new end user prospects.

    As a business development manager, you are able to understand the technical side of our business and can translate this into a total Crestron design for our customers.

    Commercial markets need to be explored and expanded.

    Job Requirements

    • Report identified business and projects on weekly basis to the Regional Director.
    • Identify new potential business in line with prospect criteria (B-to-B)
    • Meet quarterly and yearly defined sales targets
    • Acquiring new business by arranging new visits and follow-up sales leads
    • Work out projects in line with requirements from the market (find new projects, explore the possible solutions and convert towards Crestron Technical Sales)
    • Build long term relationships with new and existing clients
    • Take ownership of the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the sales cycle
    • Generate reports on the progress in areas of sales and business development
    • Reporting agenda, forecast and pipeline in Salesforce
    • Constant learning and evolving on new technologies for solution-minded projects
    • Keep up to date with new business opportunities and competitors
    • Experience in sales, a real hunter
    • Experience and knowledge of the AV & IT market with good contacts in the top 50 businesses in Poland, Hungary & Czech Republic

    As RSD you will provide timely feedback to the VP of s ales regarding performance .

    As RSD you are the subject matter expert for the German AV & UC industry , knowing the landscape and the key players .

    As RSD you are responsible for the sales and targets of your adequate team of RSM / BDM in your area, which will be the DACH region.

    Job Description

    TIG has an exciting opportunity to help reinvent meetings as the Microsoft Alliance Support Manager for the Crestron UC Division.

    In this role you will own the technical field engagement model reporting to the Microsoft Alliance Sales Director.

    In this capacity you will design, implement, measure and manage the end to end technical lifecycle from buying decision through implementation, for Crestron Meeting offerings with customers and partners.

    Job Requirements

    Be the go-to technical expert on the for the global field teams:

    • Be the leading community expert in the way that UC backend services work. This means constantly learning and acquiring deep technical knowledge of Crestron partners such as Microsoft and Zoom technologies both on-prem and in the cloud.
    • Explain, demonstrate, and prove in-depth what Crestron Meeting products & services can do and how to enable & manage them for the customers.
    • Clear technical, competitive, and adoption blockers to Meeting sales & usage. Lead cloud security, privacy, and compliance discussions for Meetings.
    • Be the connection and orchestration point for other technical resources.
    • Provide feedback to sales, marketing, and engineering on current and future product requirements.
    • Communicate and escalate technical, architectural and competitive blockers and insight to the appropriate channels.
    • Develop partner engagements for driving the sale, deployment, and adoption of Meeting solutions.
    • Orchestrate cross-workload solutions with Crestron Sales and Dealers.
    • Stay sharp and share your knowledge.
    • Continuously nurture and expand your technical, sales, and competitive readiness.
    • Participate in internal Crestron technical communities and in the broader industry through events, blogs, whitepapers, and articles for the Meetings domain.
